had was my list of buyers were WP Theme lovers, they were not
interested in “how to create a course,” Why am I telling you this, well
it’s to make sure that you pick the right niche and stay within the same
niche. Don’t get me wrong creating and selling WP theme was an
awesome business and I did very successfully for a couple of years and
made multiple 6 figures with it for the past 5 years.

Then like everybody in my industry PayPal shut down my account after

being with them for 20 years at least, saying I was violating their
terms… they started shutting down every marketer around the digital
world on jvzoo and warriorplus. Now there wasn’t a way that I could
collect any money anymore… because all payments were coming from
PayPal. Bummer no PayPal === NO MONEY...WTF was I going to do…
Then warriorplus CEO Mike Landz had already thought about that and
he had a wallet that no one was barely using and everybody was able to
collect from Stripe. Thank God, I could continue to collect payments
again.

It is very important to have multiple streams of income and not have all

Companies pay affiliate commissions based on referrals. This means
you can earn money by simply referring traffic (people) to their
company. It’s kind of like you become a freelance digital marketer.
Referrals are tracked through unique URL’s (links) that are assigned to
you as an affiliate. When someone clicks on your link and then makes a

Step 1: Choosing Your 

Niche 
 
Your niche (pronounced “neesh”) is your topic. This dictates the type of
affiliate products you promote (we’ll cover how to find products in step
2)?

Your niche should be in line with a passion or interest of yours. It is

important that you resist the temptation to go after something because
it “seems like a profitable idea.”

For instance, let’s talk about a trend that took off a while back.
Intermittent Fasting. It seemed like everyone was talking about this
approach to weight loss. And since there is always plenty of money to
be made in the weight loss industry, perhaps this would be a good
niche. However, if you are not passionate about intermittent fasting
then it is going to be difficult to become a leader in the intermittent
fasting niche (more on why this is important in just a second) therefore,
you are most likely not going to see the success you had hoped for.

However, if you are passionate about sharing the benefits of natural

remedies, then this would be an opportunity worth exploring. It is a

The 3 Evergreen Niches are the categories with the highest earning
potential. They are Health, Wealth and Love/Relationships.

PAID TRAFFIC 
Paid traffic has two main advantages over organic traffic. Paid traffic is
fast and controllable. If you have an offer that you wish to promote on
Facebook, simply pay for the advertising and choose your target
market. You can almost instantly get your offer in front of as many
people as your budget will allow. If a campaign is profitable, scale-up.
If not, turn it off.

The Challenges of Paid Traffic with Affiliate Marketing

There are two factors that make it difficult for beginners to use paid
traffic in their affiliate marketing efforts. Unfortunately, some “gurus”
in the space will tell you otherwise (in hopes of selling a course
probably) because paid traffic sounds easier.

In reality, paid traffic only works for the best affiliate marketers. And
there is a perfectly logical reason for this. Advertising is sold on an
auction basis (meaning the space goes to the highest bidder) and
everyone has access to the same affiliate products. So in theory, the
profit margins will ​always​ go to zero. Only those with complex funnels
& systems will earn the competitive advantage necessary to make this

With affiliate marketing, commissions are often held for 30 days. So if

you are able to spend $100 today to earn $200 in commissions, that’s
great. However, with the affiliate model, you can not immediately
re-invest those earnings. As a result, it is very difficult for beginners to

Yet in that blind taste test, 6 people would prefer your cupcakes. And

Remember, YouTube is a search engine. And I always like to say that
YouTube is the search engine people use to find solutions. Where
Google is the search engine people use to settle a bet or find a
restaurant. When people are looking for solutions, this is where the
money is made.

💪Motivation also works well. People love to be motivated or inspired.

Think about the weight loss or personal development niche. If you
have the ability to inspire people to take action, you will never run out
of affiliate product opportunities.

As you continue to create content, focus on growing your brand,

building your audience, and providing value. This will future proof your

The best Free traffic you can have is building an email list. I will show
you and even give you templates, landing page so you can start building
your list. Like they say the money is in the list, not sure if you have
heard this expression. This is the best source of passive income ever.
You control your list and can send them an email whenever you want
with a product offer and earn money selling them an offer. Statistics
say that for every email subscriber you have, you can earn $1 from
them per month, so let's say you have an email list of 10,000 that
would mean at least $10,000 you could earn monthly. But keep in mind
that you have to at least send promotions and offers to your list and
make sure that you constantly give them value. So kind of 3 days of
value and then do a soft pitch… a couple of days of value then pitch
again. Don’t pitch every day. Give them value and value and more
value…You will be able to market to this list forever unless they
unsubscribed to you. This is the best free traffic that you can control
and this is why the first thing you need to do is build your list. Don’t
worry I will give you a done for you system and templates that you can
use. I will show you and teach you how to do it the right way. Not a lot
of marketers show you the exact steps on how to do it. Some forget
tiny things to show you which in the end doesn’t give you results.

I want to show you how simple it is with my roadmap to work from

anywhere in the world. The old way is out now, no need to trade time

to have cash flow coming in all the time from different sources to

they say the money is in the list. This is your biggest asset as an online
marketer because you will be able to sell them over and over again.

See the key 🔑 here is to break even with that funnel so it pays for your
advertising.

Then simply nurture that list, this new subscribers with email sequence,
giving them value and into higher ticket offers.

Once you have a subscribers email address you are always going to
have them on your list and that is free customer and traffic for life,
unless they unsubscribed from your list.

This email list is yours, you own it, that is the beauty of it, it will reward
