How to live to 101 years


Humans lifestyle is really ever-shifting, because of world’s development. And
now, the average life duration is 72.6 years. But scientists say that our body can
function much longer. So, more and more people are looking forward to that they
will live to 100 years and more. Here are some advices that seem to make the most
impact.
Foremost, we should avoid stress, because too much stress can raise our risk of
diseases that can shorten our life. We need to try not to worry about all things,
because if we can solve a problem it isn’t problem anymore, but if we can do
nothing we need to keep calm and just live.
Also really important is to sleep enough. Many effects of a lack of sleep, such as
feeling grumpy and not working at your best, are well known, but also it can cause
some serious deceases. Everyone has their own perfect sweet spot. Find yours and
stick to it.
Moreover, no less important is food. If we want to live longer, we should eat
more vegetables, fruits, not to overeat, avoid fast food, drink enough water… But
if you have some mixed feelings about it then you need to know, that it’s only
recommendations and it doesn’t mean that we must have some diet. Of course we
can eat something like fast food or a lot of meat, but it shouldn’t happen time after
time if we want to live to 100.
And also we need to be more physically active. It seems that it doesn’t so easy to
go to a gym, because of lack of time. But we can just walk more or when we are
killing time, we can do some exercises and so on, it’s no so hard than it could seem
firstly.
So, as for me, there were the most important recommendations. Of course we
can’t be immortal, but look on the bride side, if we’ll follow this advice, we will
live really longer.
