RESOLUTION No. 002-2020
Resigned members’ list for August 2020

At the meeting of the Coop Officers held on August 28, 2020, at which meeting a majority of the Board
of Directors were present and acting throughout, the following resolution was unanimously approved and
adopted:

“RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors agreed to accept the Resignation of five co-
operators as members of the cooperative. The said co-operators however shall still be
subject to clearance process. The names and effective date of resignation of said co-
operators are as follows.”

“RESOLVED, further that the Board of Directors agreed to accept their resignation

“RESOLVED, FINALLY, that this Resolution shall remain valid, subsisting and
enforceable unless subsequently modified revoked, rescinded or superseded by a
resolution of the Board of Directors.
