Resigned members’ list for October 2020

At the meeting of the Coop Officers held on October 26, 2020, at which meeting a majority of the Board
of Directors were present and acting throughout, the following resolution was unanimously approved and
adopted:

“RESOLVED, that the COOP accepted the application of a new members whose
names appear in the list below as members of the cooperative.”

“RESOLVED, FINALLY, that this Resolution shall remain valid, subsisting and
enforceable unless subsequently modified revoked, rescinded or superseded by a
resolution of the Board of Directors.
