7. Dismantling Work Sequence:
 Conduct to TBM before start the job.
 Arrange area for keeping removing scaffold materials.
 Before dismantling remove all unwanted materials from platform.
 Put red tag on the scaffold during dismantling.
 Fixing pulley on the steel structure use 16mm of rope.(if required)
 Install life line on the steel structure for 100% tie off.(if required)
 Dismantling should be start top to downward
 Remove handrail.
 Remove wood plank.
 Remove pipe and coupler
 Remove hanging pipe, coupler, and beam clump.
 Scaffolding dismantling step by step.
 Materials will be lower by PP rope and pulley to the ground level.
 During lowering materials fix it properly by using clamps &rope.

09 Safety precaution:
 All person should be wear proper PPE at work site.
 Wear full body harness while working at height and 100% TIE OFF.
 Provide proper welfare facility for workforce, rest shelter, smoking
shelter.
 Provide first aid box, stretcher for the first aid facility.
 A trained watcher should be stand by with whistle safety vest and
green helmet.
 Ground level area should be double barricaded with signage.
 Full time job supervision by HSE supervisor and job supervisor.
 Use proper manual handling technique.
 All scaffold materials should be organized and barricaded well.
 All materials should be Shift from site to storage (ASAP).
 Use inspected tools and equipment.
 Unauthorized person not allowed in the work area.
 Provide competent person for this job.
 All work should training for work at height
 Unauthorized individual, will not be allowed to enter activity area.
 Emergency procedure should be in place.
 Use insulated tools and Tools arrestors
 SIMOPS are not allowed.
 Follow the emergency procedure.
 Do not do any horseplay at site. Eating, sleeping is prohibited at site.
 Keep regular supervision for all the time of the activity.
 Each time PTW and SPCM will be reconsidered for review as per
Situation.
 Full time first Aid and emergency response preparedness.
 Emergency access always should be clear.
 Ensure that the work area is maintained clean and tidy during work.

08  Scaffold Erection Sequence:
 TBM before start the job.
 Start the job as per design.
 All scaffold material should be inspected.
 Inspect the ground condition. Use footings that are level, sound, rigid and
capable of supporting the load without settlement or displacement.
 Brace poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights to prevent swaying and
displacement.
 Install life line (if required)
 Start scaffold erection by using sole plate and base jack.
 Put red tag on the scaffold.
 Start frame formulation and erection step by step.
 Fasten all couplers and/or connections securely before assembling the next
level.
 Provide pulley and 16mm of rope for lifting the scaffold materials.
 Provide materials bag for clumps and small wood plank to lifting upper level.
 Scaffold components should not intermix from different manufacturers, unless
you can do so while maintaining the scaffold’s structural integrity.
 The base jack should be tied around with pipe.
 Installing platform with fixing hand rail, mid rail wood plank.
 Install guys, ties, and braces according to the requirement of area.
 Once erected, provide toe boards on all railed sides to prevent falling object
hazards
 Position the first level of bracing as close to the base as possible
 Brace poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights to prevent swaying and
displacement.
 Provide proper access by installing ladder.
 After complete the scaffold should be inspect by Samsung scaffold inspector.
 Put green tag after inspection.
 After finish the work all remaining materials should be remove from site and
area should be clean.
