School Form 2 (SF2) Daily Attendance Report of Learners
This document is a school form used to record daily attendance of learners over the course of a month. It includes spaces to record each learner's attendance on a daily basis using codes, as well as totals for male/female attendance each day and combined totals. Guidelines are provided for accurately filling out the form and calculating percentages of enrolment, average daily attendance, and attendance for the month. The form also tracks students who are absent for 5+ consecutive days or at risk of dropping out. Reasons for dropping out are outlined. At the end of each month, the form is submitted to the principal for recording before being returned to the adviser.
