Descriptive Itinerary

CEBU ITINERARY

Day 1

Check in at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila at 4:00 AM to board the plane
by 5:00 AM via Philippine Airlines. Arrival from Manila to Cebu City at 6:30 AM and
travel to Seda Ayala Center Cebu via tour bus of Sugbo Tours Transit. Guests will
check in at the hotel and accommodate personal belongings at 7:00 AM. Breakfast at
the hotel’s Misto by 7:30 AM. After breakfast, registration will start at 9:00 AM at the
entrance of Sampaguita Ballroom, a conference room in the hotel, and this will take
half an hour to register. Inside the conference, they can have a coffee and tea to drink
while the conference is ongoing. The conference meeting will start at 9:30 with
welcome ceremony and introduction speech by facilitators and speakers. There will
have a discussion about medical terms and languages. The morning conference will
end at 12 o’clock in the afternoon and they will have a lunch break. Lunch will serve
by waiters in the conference room. After lunch, the meeting will start at 2:00 PM for
the continuation of the discussion and they will have a question and answer portions.
After that, there will be an awarding ceremony for speakers. By 5:00 PM, the
conference meeting will officially ended. Guests will have a free time for an hour, and
they will have a dinner at 6:00 PM at the hotel’s pool bar. Rest time at 9:00 PM.

Day 2

After awaking, buffet breakfast will serve to guests at the hotel’s Misto restaurant at
8:00 AM. Travelling to the city’s private hospital, Cebu Doctors University Hospital, at
9:30 AM by boarding a tour bus of Sugbo Tours Transit and will arrive after a few
minutes of driving. Students will enter the hospital at 10:00 AM to observe medical
technology and equipment and observe healthcare operations on how healthcare
professionals handle patients. This hospital observations will take 2 hours and they
will depart from the hospital to have a lunch break at 12 o’clock in the afternoon.
Guests will have their lunch at The Pig and Palm, 2 kilometers away from the hospital.
After lunch, guests will travel by 2 kilometers to the city’s public hospital, Vicente
Sotto Memorial Medical Center, and arrive after a couple of minutes. Students will
enter the hospital at 2:30 PM and observe the public hospital’s facilities and their
healthcare services. Make dinner plans for the city’s favorite restaurant, Anzani
Restaurant at 6:00 PM. Guests will travel back to the hotel at 7:30 PM and rest at
9:00 PM.

Day 3

On day three, guests will have a buffet breakfast at the hotel at 7:00 AM. After
breakfast, they will travel via tour bus of Sugbo Tours Transit at 8:30 AM to Barangay
Inayawan, one of the biggest populations of poor residents in Cebu City, to have a
community outreach activity to the local residents. The driving hours will take half an
hour with 13 kilometers away from the hotel and guests will arrive at 9:00 AM. The
registration for residents of the barangay will start at 9:30 AM. The students will give a
free medical check-up to children and senior citizens at 10:00 AM by checking their
vitals, providing advice regarding health during their routine check-ups, and wound
treatment. This will take 2 hours and after doing free medical check-ups, guests will
have a feeding program for the local residents at 12 o’clock in the afternoon. After
having a feeding program, they will have their lunch break with packed-meals at 1:00
PM. Orientation for the local residents will start at 2:00 PM about the mental health
awareness and volunteers will give free medicine kit bag to to residents at 3:30 PM
after the orientation. Guests will travel back to the hotel at 5:00 PM and their dinner
will serve at 6:00 PM at the hotel’s restaurant. Guests will rest at 9:00 PM.

Day 4

On the last day of the tour, guests will have their breakfast at the hotel at 8:00 AM.
After having their breakfast, they will have their free time to travel to Cebu Heritage
Monument at 9:00 AM at one of the famous heritage site and historical landmarks in
Cebu City. This will take a few minutes of driving via tour bus to arrive at the said
tourist attraction with 3 kilometers away from the hotel. Discover the site with their
sculpture of ships, churches, crosses, and key historical figures. After visiting the
heritage site, the guests will visit the Yap Sandiego Ancestral House at 10:30 AM via
walking to have a tour at one of the oldest and best-preserved houses in the province
of Cebu. Guests will have their lunch at 12:00 o’clock in the afternoon at Rico’s
Lechon to try lechon, the famous local dish of the province. After having their lunch,
guests will travel to SM City Cebu, the famous mall in the province, at 1:30 PM via
tour bus with 3 kilometers away from the restaurant. Guests will have their free time to
buy souvenirs and visit local shops. After shopping, guests will travel to Tops Lookout
at 3:30 PM via tour bus with half an hour of driving hours. Guests will have an
opportunity to get a taste of lush greenery, and beautiful skyline of the city. Guests
can try the destination’s beers and snacks while having a conversation with each
other. After visiting the place, guests will travel back to the hotel at 6:00 PM and
prepare to check out at 6:30 PM. They will travel to Mactan-Cebu International Airport
at 6:40 PM and check in at the airport by 7:10 PM. While waiting for their flight, guests
will have their dinner at the airport at 7:30 PM. They will depart from Cebu City to
Manila at 8:40 PM via Philippine Airlines and arrive at exactly 10:00 PM at Manila.
