year 2020. This Circular will be effective from 1st January 2020 to Dec 31 2020.

For keeping balance in Personal and Professional life we are announcing 1st and
3rd Saturdays off of the month. All employees are eligible for this. Any Employee
working on 1st and 3rd Saturday will be getting compensatory off on management
decision.
