Having Issues with courses in Global Learning Center?

Flash/Java Issue
Make sure you have Flash and Java installed and enabled in your browser
to get it properly setup it will best to seek the assistance of Local IT.
below are some additional items that can make the course worked.

Internet Explorer
1. Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button and then select Manage Add-ons.
2. Highlight the Java Plug then click enable

Java Scriplets
1. Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button and then select Internet options.
2. On the Security tab, click the Custom Level… in the Security Settings scroll down then
look for the ActiveX controls and plug-ins. Make sure the Allow Scriplets is Enabled

Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player.

1. Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button and then select Internet options.


2. On the Security tab, click the Custom Level… in the Security Settings scroll down then
look for the ActiveX controls and plug-ins. Make sure it is enable
Additional setup

Click the Gear Icon and go to the Compatibility View

Remove the Taleo.net


Go to Gear Icon

Click the Manage add-ons

Select All add-ons


Make sure Shockwave Flash Object and the Java are all Enabled.

Close the browser then start the course from the beginning

Google Chrome
1. Go to setting (on the upper-right section click the 3 dots icon), then select Settings
2. Scroll down and click Advanced
3. Under the Privacy and Security click the Content Settings
 Click JavaScript add https://emerson.learn.taleo.net in the “Allow”
 Click Flash add https://emerson.learn.taleo.net in the “Allow”

Close the browser then start the course from the beginning
