Final presentation guidelines:

 Each group will be given 5 minutes to present their solution


 Looking for original thinking and out of the box thinking approach to solve the stated
business problems
 You are managerial candidates, hence you have to leverage Emerging technologies to meet
your organization business objectives. Do not focus on technical aspects.

You are leading the IT department for a leading automobile manufacturing company from India. The
board of directors called you for an emergency meeting. The board explains the below perennial
issues to you and they are asking you to suggest the suitability of emerging technologies to address
the same. You are expected to present the proposed solution to them.

1. Tough competition from the market resulted in a cost reduction of up to 10% from your
organization by the next 6 months. What to do here?
2. They are facing higher customer rejection from clients. But they may not able to trace the
source of issues from the production process due to data manipulation by their employees.
How to fix this issue?
3. They are noticing a lot of customer complaints from social media like FB and Twitter.
Addressing these customer complaints on time is a crucial one, else it will result in huge
reputation damage. How to address this issue?
4. They are facing a lot of unexpected machine breakdowns and that resulted in frequent
production outrages. How to address this issue?
