Protection

Description:

High-performance door, opening in vertical direction, for use in material handling.

Side frames are self-supporting made of galvanized steel, balancing system integrated in the side frames.

Door curtain: Door curtain of anodized aluminum lamellas, hingeless connected by means of flexible heavy
belts, wear-less to wind up without to contact each other, each single lamella can be replaced easily, pre-fitted
on the top roll.

Opening / closing speed: max. 2.0/1.2 m/s

Wind resistance (EN 12424): class 3, for doors DW>3000 class 2

Drive unit: gear motor, pluggable electrical connections

Protection: IP 55

Control unit: MCC, with vector control technology and boost function at start-up. Graphic display and foil
keypad for easy guided operation. Easy access to all important information for operation and service

Control voltage: 24 V DC.

Supply voltage: 380 – 480 V (+/- 10%) 50/60 Hz

Safety devices:
 Pre-running photocell with integrated cable chain in the side frames,
 Drop down protection by integrated balancing system
 Safety limit switch: magnetic switch with reader performance level e according to EN ISO 13849-1 and
SIL3, according to EN 62061, switch integrated in side frame.

Manual activation:
by releasing the brake at ground level. Partly opening by means of the pre-stressed tension springs.
