Reuse-a-Cube PR Campaign Proposal

OBJECTIVE
To create a brand presence through the means of social media, advertising, and events
that will allow Reuse-a-Cube to:
 Increase public awareness to local community
 Connect to a larger audience
 Expand their market into new regions
 Spread their company’s goals

OVERVIEW
Reuse-a-Cube is a local business looking to expand its awareness to not only their local
community but expand into other marketing regions outside of their reach. They are a
hardworking local business that deserves a lot more recognition than they have. They are
a very credible and hardworking company that has a very positive message. Their
mission and vision statements are as follows:

 Vision: Quenching people’s thirst in the coldest way possible, one glass at a time
 Mission: To improve the quality of everyone’s drink by providing the coldest and
longest lasting ice on the market.

Despite the company’s positive image and reliable services, it is hard for a company of
this size to spread the reach of their product. This proposal will give the guidelines to
help improve every aspect of communication and advertising to provide them with the
publicity that they rightfully deserve.

METHOD
Platforms
 Social Media: We will create and manage multiple social media accounts on
different platforms to be ran and post three to four times daily to increase
awareness.
 Advertisement: Using strategic placement we will create and distribute different
commercial advertisements across different television stations to create an
outreach to a demographic that has not been exposed to the product.
 Brochures: Brochures will be used to highlight all the benefits of the product and
explain the details of the company as well as how to reach them.
 Website Management: Carefully tailored to the company’s needs, we will create
and implement a website to expand outreach further than commercial
broadcasting can reach.
IMPLEMENTATION
Process/Approach: We will begin by creating the social media accounts and begin the
process of building the website. Upon completion, we will begin reaching out to multiple
television stations to obtain access for air time. As soon as we secure the spots, we will
communicate fully to make sure you can produce the best possible commercial for your
business. Lastly, we will complete the full brochure and have it ready at your disposal.

Strategies: We will provide and create all the resources to help build brand awareness for
your product. In terms of outreach, we have the resources to expand your business from a
local scope to get the maximum potential awareness to your company. We can control all
the social media accounts and potential parts of the website as you see fit. The actual
advertisement itself is what we do not necessarily specialize in, but our connection to
television stations can help build your outreach tremendously. As for the brochures, we
will tailor them to your top standards and make sure that your company is represented in
the best way possible.

Tactics: Our social media team will devise and conquer the different social media
accounts on all platforms and begin outreach to expand the accounts engagements. The
website will also be created and developed by our social media team and we will follow
your every request in that process. We will then use our reach to gain you airtime on a
television channel and aid in the process of creation and coordination with the station if
needed. Lastly, the brochure will be developed by our whole PR team to tailor to your
exact needs. Having different inputs will drastically increase the complexity and quality
of your brochure.

EVALUATION
Summary: Reuse-a-Cube is a substantial business that does not deserve the credit that
they deserve. Our goal is to provide you the necessary resources and assistance to help
build your brand’s image to its fullest potential. We have already outlined our services
and abilities to help the company blossom into a well-known business, and our evaluation
will come after these resources are implemented, that is on approval of course. We
promise you our full attention and the absolute best resources and if you are on board, we
will take your business to the next level.
