Face to Face Classes on January 2021


Because of the COVID 19, all students are still under the Online, Modular and Blended Learning
system brought by DepEd and recently, DepEd announced that there may be a Face to Face Classes on
January 2021. Because of this many are having opinions if the students should continue to the ongoing
Learning system or they’llcontinue their Studies to the Traditional Face to Face Classes and i believe that
Face to Face Classes shouldn’t be implemented.

One of the reasons is people should focus on the health of the community. The Problem about
Face to Face Classes is that PEOPLE SHOULD AVOID CONTACT AT LEAST 6 FEET, This rule is implemented
since we are evading the transmission of the disease. With the Face to Face Class, it is unavoidable for
the students not to get in contact with their co-students since school is where students communicate
Verbally and Physically, therefor it is a high risk that the disease might get transmitted to one of the
students and the spreading of the disease will begin also affecting the students family and People in the
community.

Another reason is the Family Lack of Budget. The Pandemic has resulted in the temporary closure
of offices, factories, markets and shopping malls displacing thousands of workers since March, due to
that we can’t expect some families to have enough budget for their daily needs. As clearly, Traditional
Face to Face Classes if given to resume on January 2021, will implement a rule to have the students or
people in the school premises to have a hand of Alcohol, Tissue and Face Mask due to the COVID 19, for
the avoidance of transmission, Because of that Families can’t have enough extra budget for the extra
necessities that will be sure needed.

Many of the Students are actually positive about having a face to Face Classes because of the
reasons they can now focus more about their studies however, ignore the fact that there is still a
pandemic. Some didn’t think the risk of their own health because they focus how to learn this School
Year. Until now, there is still ongoing cases of COVID 19 and the government should focus more to
decrease the number of the ongoing cases on our country.

The Alternative Better Idea that should be implemented is Academic Freeze during this school year.
Academic Freeze is better to be implemented because until now there is still several students that
cannot keep up with others because of their shortage of tools to use for the Learning that is applied,
Students can stop the school year and just continue next school year or until there is a Vaccine for the
COVID 19 that assure the safety from the disease.

”Knowledge is the key to success and Children are the key to the future, but how can we manage to
make a brighter future when there is no future for the children?”To sum it all, DepEd should not have
Face to Face Classes on January 2021 until the people and students health is assured to be safe from the
spreading disease.
