Denso Butyl Primer is a quick drying, solvent based, high-tack primer specifically designed
Description to promote maximum adhesion.

A fast drying butyl based primer for all surfaces prior to the application of various Denso
Uses Butyl tapes.

• Fills surface irregularities for intimate contact of tape compound

• Can be brush or spray applied

Prepare surfaces by removing all loose scale, rust or other foreign matter by grit blasting or
Application wire brush. Apply a thin uniform coat of Denso Butyl Primer to clean surface and allow to
tack dry. Prime only areas to be wrapped the same day. Reprime if area becomes dirty or
wet.
