1. What is your strongest HRF Component?


 My strongest HRF Component is Muscle Strength and Endurance.
2. What is your weakest HRF Component?
 Flexibility is my weakest HRF component.
3. Which test did you test satisfactory? Poorly? What you should about it?
 I will maintain my cardio,muscular strength and endurance while i need to
improvements on Flexibility.
4. How is important the HRF in the participating physical activity?
 It improving health-related physical fitness, including cardiovascular endurance,
muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition, is conducive to
improving health.The fitness assessment can help provide fitness goals, and it also
measures the progress of those goals. Our resting heart rate and blood pressure
can indicate the level of cardiovascular fitness and whether or not it needs
improvement.
5. Why is Health related fitness test important in designing exercise program?
 It comprised of a series of exercises that help evaluate our overall health and
physical status. There is wide of range of standardized tests used for these exams,
some of which are intended for medical purposes and others of which establish
whether we are qualified to participate the Physical Fitness Test. Also we will set
our goal on what wee need to improve in ourselves.
