development and testing. Note: This is a working document and highlighted areas need more
information/verification. Also these screens assume Write Access for the user and not read only.

This is an option that will bring up the main page, though no work can be done without clicking
on 2., 3. Or 4.

2. Create Group
Allows user to create a UAC (Unified Agency Combo – brings agency codes together) from
scratch. Creates groups plus a lead member

Allows you to change date to only one in

the future; cannot backdate.

group
