Processing and Documentation Guidelines


 Documents for Recognition Process (original copies – no  Services / E-Registration Profile
need for DFA authentication /Apostille • Register at www.eservices.poea.gov.ph/Home and create
 Passport your profile.
• Current passport must be valid for at least 2 years  NBI Clearance
• Renewal of passport must be direct to DFA • Must be acquired within the last 3 months
 Transcript of Records • Must be valid for overseas employment
• Bachelor or Master in Nursing • Asklepios candidates needs to have NBI Clearance that is
valid for 11 months upon arrival in Germany.
 Diploma
• Bachelor or Master in Nursing • If any of the following remarks appear on the NBI certificate,
the documents indicated need to be submitted as well:
 Related Learning Experience
“NO CRIMINAL RECORD / NO PENDING CASE /
 PRC License RECORD AS STATED”
• Must be valid for at least 1year  Certificate from NBI regarding the criminal charge
 PRC Board Certificate  All court documents pertaining to the charge
 PRC Certificate of Passing  Your own notarized affidavit of explanation
 PRC Certificate of Rating  5 pcs. ID Pictures (kindly write your name at the back)
 PRC Certificate of Good Standing • Passport size - 35 mm x 45 mm, White background
