Performance Objective:
Given the competency in your session plan, you should be able to make a
complete CBLM Package for one Learning Outcome.
Equipment: PC with internet connection, TR or CBC
Steps/Procedure:
1. Search for the complete CBLM format in the PTS folio template.
2. Based on your session plan, prepare a complete CBLM package for one
Learning Outcome.
3. Use the CBLM Evaluation Instrument to evaluate your CBLM Package.
4. Edit footer.
5. Present your output to your facilitator through google drive shared to your
facilitator’s email ([email protected])
