SPEC: DPB-250F AUTOMATIC BLISTER PACKING MACHINE

1. Usage
This machine is suitable for pharmacy, medical machinery, foodstuff, electric, hardware
industry’s capsule, tablet, syringe, ampoule, medical apparatus, food, electric appliance, hardware
etc blister package.

2. Special Features:
1).The machine body adopt guide track structure instead of housing window localization. Moulds
such as forming, heat seal, punch can be adjusted willingly on the guide track, suitable for different
size plates, easy adjust, good adaptability, high accuracy.
2) Mechanism hands for traction, stroke adjustable, easy operation, stable running.
3) With parallelaxes bevel gears reducer, avoid loosen or slippage caused by chain or belt.
4) Mould location by pin, easy change mould.
5) Frequency converter speed change, punch frequency 6—35 adjustable
6) Adjustable operation panel, suitable for different plates, easy operation.
7) Aluminum foil reel adopt stable device, cancelled the affection of pull force change with the
ALU foil reel gradually diminish, thus it made a great role in synchronization.
8) The up and low moulds for heat seal mate each other completely, with multi level cylinder
compressing heat sealing, the net pattern show clearly, firm, and reach 100% seal.
9) Low heating temperature of up and low heating with aluminum alloy, finally make out the
plump forming blister, specially suitable for packing of hot sensitivity medicines.
10) Adopted with imported PLC control system, high automatic operation.

3. Working Principal and Feature:

1. PVC pre-heat: up and lower heat board joint heating PVC, high efficiency, auto separating while
traction
2. PVC forming: under the cam action up and lower mould joint-lock, with seal ring ensure no air
leakage, positive pressure blowing forming. Stable forming.
3. Heat seal: under the cam action up and lower mould joint-lock. Up mould heating and with
cylinder buffering. Up and lower mould net pattern good sealing.
4. Mechanism adjust: the moulds cabinet and be adjusted on the machine base. Convenient for
mould exchange.
5. Mould location: clamping plate location, easy operation and exchange.

1. Machine base:
maximum size 2200×430×630（L×W×H）after the dealing of backfire and maturing.
Character: anti-distortion, high tension, absorption of shock, improve machine length of life.

2. Main gearing:
1.5kw motor power, reduce by the reduction gearbox, acting the splined shaft to make period
movement.
Character: reduction gearbox and motor as a unit. High gearing efficency, big output torque, long
using life.
3. Main movement construction
3.1 PVC material delivery:
Main construction: delivery box, bevel gear, oscillating arm, delivery shaft (ALUΦ40).
3.2 Forming, heat sealing and perforation:
Main construction: cabinet (cast product), cam （ GCr15 ） , guide shaft: （ GCr15Φ25 ） , idler
wheel （GCr15Φ80）, linear bearing, mould frame, exchangeable moulds (ALU or stainless iron).
3.3 Punch:
Main construction: cabinet (cast product), eccentric parts (carbon steel, tin bronze), guide shaft
（GCr15Φ25）, linear bearing, mould frame, exchangeable moulds (carbon steel, 40Cr).
3.4 Traction:
Main construction: gearbox, gear set, light load cam (carbon steel), guide shaft (GCr15Φ20 ） ,
linear bearing, tension spring.
3.5 Waste collect:
Main construction: micro DC motor, unidirection bearing, reel (carbon steel), shield ring(SU304).
3.6 Standard feeder:
Main construction: micro DC motor, outside shell (SUS304), hopper(SUS304), rotary tray (ALU),
brush (PVC).
4. Mould position adjust:
Main construction: worm wheel, worm apparatus, gear, gear rack, bevel gear set (carbon steel)
5. Electric cabinet: 1.2mm height SUS304
6. Apparentness: adopt 1.2mm height SUS304
