strategies and ways that they implement them within their classroom.
It is important to assess your student’s readiness and interest when it comes to differentiation.
Always be open to trying new ways to differentiate your content in your classroom as it is a great way to
help extend your current knowledge and skills.
The 4MAT system/model is a great way to help address learning styles in the classroom.
The three element of differentiation include the content, process, and the product.
Tiered activities are a great way to maximize student learning opportunity as it is broken up into three
categories: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.
All forms of differentiated instruction require well thought out planning that helps students come to
their own understanding. The vast variety of learning styles and different accommodations are what
make differentiated instruction the new way of teaching.
