The CR MD1.0 General Set consists of the CR MD1.0


General Plate, offering high sensitivity and sharpness,
and the CR MD1.0 General Cassette, offering ease of
use and durability. The set is designed to be used with
Agfa HealthCare’s CR 10-X, CR 12-X, CR 15-X affordable,
table-top computed radiography (CR) digitizers. The
storage phosphors on the CR MD1.0 General Plate
provide excellent sharpness, while Agfa HealthCare’s
EBC top-coating technology improves the signal-to-
noise ratio. And as the CR MD1.0 General Cassettes are
compatible with your existing X-ray unit, there is no
need to invest in new exposure equipment,

Designed to be durable

Both the CR MD1.0 General Plates and Cassettes are


designed to be durable and robust. The EBC coating makes
the plates more resistant to both mechanical wear and
chemical cleaning solutions, while a new adhesion layer
improves plate stability. Furthermore, the plates are not
bent by the CR reader, resulting in a longer lifespan. To
maximize your plates’ durability, we recommend that you
use Agfa HealthCare’s CR Phosphor Plate Cleaner for plate
maintenance.
