Past Simple Tense Exercises Camilo Andres Pardo Sanchez

Joel and Sara travelled to England for two weeks last summer. They stayed in a college in Brighton where they met students from other countries. In the afternoons, they visited places or played sports, and in the evenings they relaxed by watching videos or playing games. On weekends, they travelled to London and visited landmarks like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, though they did not see the Queen. They especially enjoyed the museums, particularly Madame Tussauds. At the end of their trip, they were sad to return home but promised to keep in touch with their new friends.
