LIFESTLYE CHECK

I can say that my current lifestyle is imperfect. On a scale of 1 to 10, I think that
mine would have a score of 5, it is noticeable that I need to work on some things with
regards to my wellness. But, I am ready and willing to improve/develop these aspects.
Being with having an active lifestyle, have more social interaction with others, and
learn something new every day. First, working on having an active lifestyle will help
me to be able to stay healthy - internally, and externally. It minimizes my risk of
getting diseases, and protect the people I love. This includes creating an exercise
routine and having a healthy balanced diet. Next, a healthy relationship with the
people I love, means that we have a stronger emotional bond, and it allows better
communication among us. Finally, constant learning improves my adaptability to
different situations and helps increase my speed of learning. However, I see that time
management will play a very important role to achieve these goals. This is because
most of the time I get busy with school activities, social media, online games, and the
like.

So, in order to attain this goal, I need to prioritize things I want to accomplish.
Having a plan is a good thing but it must be executed for it to take effect In our life.
And also, I view that the moral support of my love ones contributes a lot in achieving
my goals. I believe that having a foundation and passion can get me through even in
the roughest of times. Starting as early as we can in improving/developing these little
aspects of wellness can greatly impact our health and perspective in life; making and
preparing us for whatever life throws at us.
