COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course deals with the provisions of the Civil Code pertinent to contracts as one of the
primary sources of an obligation. In fine, the subject marries the principles learned in the Law of
Obligations to fully understand the nature, essential requisites, forms and rules on the interpretation
and reformation of contracts. It likewise tackles the various defective contracts, their differences,
effects, and other implications vis-à-vis the various facets of human relations in business and
commerce.
