1. How did you feel about the activity?
Answer: I felt mixed emotions.
2. Was it easy or difficult? Why?
Answer: It was easy. Because I can say that I know myself.
3. Were you able to mirror emotional reactions you had towards the different scenarios
in your life and aspects of your personality? How?
Answer: Yes. Just in my mind since I don’t share that much to anyone.
4. What strengths and weaknesses have you noticed or identified?
Answer: I learned that I’m too vulnerable especially in handling too much emotions and
