Self-Reliant India and Engineer'S Role
Self-Reliant India and Engineer'S Role
Aatmanirbhar Bharat is the mission and vision of our Prime Minister Shri
Narendra ModiJi to make India self reliant. This action plan got its pace during
ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and Indo-China border rifts. The Aatmanirbhar
Bharath moment got its boost from the native businessman and industrialist.
The situation on the border and the lockdown had the people and government to
go for “vocal for local” strategy. The people are willing to pay a bit extra to
encourage our local producers and manufacturers. The 5G network dream of
India will now be made true by Jio and India will soon come into word market of
technology and be a key player in it.
The latest changes in national educational policy (NEP) will also encourage the
skills to be self reliant and contribute to the society to take a step towards to be
Aatmanirbhar. At early years of being self reliant the difficulties and sorrows will
follow but as the time and things will settle down, the glory of happiness will fall
into their places and India will be among the top exporting nation.
The engineers role in self reliant India refers to the application of the knowledge
and skills gained by the study, experience and practice in the provision of basic
infrastructure and social amenities. Engineers whether working in public sector,
private sector or as entrepreneur have to play a great role in Aatmanirbhar
Bharat.
The time when India will be majority on exporting nation and less of importing
then the real growth and development will reach every household. The more
people encourage the native businessman and producers, the more will be
manufacturing and sale and thus the society as a whole will blossom and self
reliant.
That feeling of joy will be the true feeling of “Aatmanirbhar Bharat”
