JOB TITLE / COMPENSATION


The position we are offering you is that of {{Position.Offered}} at a Monthly Salary of {{Monthly.Salary}} Rupees
Only with an Annual Cost to Company {{CTC.Inwords}} Rupees Only. This position reports to Head Cloud
Services, GURMINDER SINGH.

WORK HOURS
As per project requirements your shift timings can be changed.

DAY SHIFT: 11 AM to 8 PM which includes a 30 minute break, Monday to Friday.


NIGHT SHIFT: Two shifts on rotation basis bi-weekly or monthly Shift One (6.00 PM to 1.30 AM ) and Shift
Two (1.30 AM to 8.30 AM) which does not include any break, Monday to Friday.

The work may require you to stay back and work in case of any technical related problem.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD
You will be under contract with the company for one year from the date of joining. You will be under probation
for the period of Three (3) months from date of joining. You will be confirmed to the services of the company
after the successful completion of the probationary period. A relieving and experience letter will be issued post
completion of contract period only. In case your performance is not up to the mark or falls short of the
minimum standard set by the company, the company shall have the right to terminate your services forthwith
without giving any notice notwithstanding any other terms and conditions stipulated therein.

TAXATION
Your emoluments will be subject to income tax as per the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961.

Benefits for the position include:


 One Paid Leave per month.
 Employer State Insurance Corporation ESIC Coverage.
 Leave Encashment of pending paid leave at the end of the year.
 Ten Public Holidays in a calendar year.

DATE OF JOINING

 We would like you to start work on {{Candidate.JoiningDate}}. Please report to Kulvir Kaur for
documentation and orientation. If this date is not acceptable, please contact me immediately.

Please submit the following documents to HR at the time of your joining:

 Photocopies of your degree certificates.


 Passport first page and last address page
 Pan Card copy.
 Experience/Relieving letters.
 Two color passport-size photos.
 Latest salary slip from your previous organization.

In case at a later date any of your statements/particulars furnished are found to be false or misleading the
company shall have the right to terminate your services forthwith without giving any notice notwithstanding
any other terms and conditions stipulated therein.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF REMUNERATION:
It is a condition of your service to ensure that the organization’s policies of maintaining the strict confidentiality
for the remuneration you receive are observed by you at all times.

FIDELITY & LOYALTY UNDERTAKING:


You shall not take up any processing work, software development or any related work either in a part time/full-
time/freelance capacity, either directly or indirectly, within or outside the Company premises, EXCEPT what is
assigned by the Company. If you indulge in such engagements, you will be liable for immediate dismissal from
the services without giving notice by the Company and also be liable for necessary legal action. And you will be
bound to pay a fixed sum of damages as decided by the company.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
You shall not disclose to anybody any confidential information available to you in the course of your
employment with the company. You shall not give out to anyone, during the period of your service and even
afterwards by word of mouth or otherwise, particulars or details of our manufacturing or other processes,
technical knowhow, security arrangements, administrative and/or organizational  matter of confidential or secret
nature, which may be your privilege to know by virtue of your being our employee.

MEDICAL FITNESS:
This appointment is subject to you being, and remaining, medically fit.
