1.0 Project Information
The following design is to be installed on the roof of a Residential building located in Hingewadi, Pune by Solar Square.

DEAD LOADS: The weight of a single module is taken as 22.5 kg.

The following describes the wind calculation in detail as IS 875:3:2015

SERVICE:
DEAD + WIND

DURABILITY: Expected life of structure would be minimum 25 years. Hot-dip-galvanizing to be adopted.

3.0 STRUCTURE INFORMATION:


• This is a double columned structure with single PV Module arranged in Portrait configuration.
• The structure is modelled using line elements on standard Finite Element Software’s.
• There are members connected at the mid length of the purlins for preventing sagging.
