We are spiritual science company working towards bridging the
gap between spirituality and science also we are Start-up and
working on really crazy concepts which I think you will really
enjoy working on.
So we have 4 projects going on in total between the two sister
companies that we have in different domains like one is
pertaining to things in and around E-commerce and second is
related to OTT and Films and Media Industry and couple of others.
You will have a brief Idea about all of them once you are on
board with us if Shortlisted because you know we are a start-
up and we can’t reveal everything because for a start-up Ideas
and concepts is everything.

So I guess now you are clear on the job description part, so
now I will explain the set of policies and protocol that we
have in our company.
So First of all we have a 15 days probation period with us
from your date of joining. It is just to see that the Intern
is aligned with our work and the company is aligned with the
Intern’s work.
In case of any misalignment pertaining to the work the Intern
has chance to drop from the Internship in the probation period
and likewise the company has the option of dropping of the
Interns during the Probation period.
Because we respect time A lot so we see to it that the time of
both the Intern and the company is saved in the whole process
so we have designed this probation structure.
Am I clear on this?

Great so coming up to the second part, this is paid Internship
so the base stipend is 3k/ month plus up to 3k Incentives
which is performance based, we have well defined performance
rating system done by your team leads of the domain you will
work in and HR and Hence your Incentive and perks will be
given on that basis.
So, as you know this is a 3 month long internship programme so
you will receive a total of 9k according to 3k/ month and
Incentive up to 9k (performance base) according to 3k/month .
So summing it up you will anyway receive the base stipend of
9k but the other Incentive amount up to 9k will depend upon
your performance.
So this all will be calculated and all the Base stipend amount
plus the Incentive amount with the perks which will depend
upon your performance will be released by us and given to you
after 90 days i.e. after completion of the Internship.

the Internship

Situation 2
Will ask you why payment is not paid monthly and why at the
end of the three months
Then,

We used to pay the Interns on monthly basis only but
we have some bad experiences attached to it. Interns
used to leave the Internship midway after getting the
stipend despite of committing three months to the
company. So the half left project makes difficult for
the other Intern to come and start from the first
Intern has left and hence which turned out to be
waste of time and resources for us.
We here groom interns and allow them to learn here
with us, but commitment is what we strive for. We
want passionate and lucrative people to work with us,
moreover we have People from IIT and IIM working with
us here.

Situation 3
He/She will try to buy time from you, saying will revert in
sometime.
Then,
Give him/her a deadline of an hour and ask he /she to revert
back with their decision to the offer in the said time or else
it will be considered denied by the company and somebody else
will be locked for the position as it is in High requirement.
