Teknplus Super is a 100% solids, solvent-free polyurea material that is environmentally friendly and VOC-free. It is a two-component, 1:1 ratio system that is autocatalytic and cures rapidly. It can be spray applied in thicknesses between 1-5 mm. TEKNPLUS SUPER
100 % Solids Pure Polyurea Material.

Description:

Environmental friendly, VOC free, totally solvent free 100 % solid polyurea material
with excellent protective properties used for corrosion protection and waterproofing
of concrete ,steel and other substrates.
Two component 1 : 1 ratio autocatalytic, fast curing system for limitless applications.

Packing and Coverage:

o Available in 200 Kg Drums.


Thickness build up normally 1mm per kg per square meter up to 5 mm
thickness can be built up with single spray.

Potlife :

Potlife is 1 minute ( max ) and the gelling occurs in 30 seconds,wakl-able after 30


mins.
