Applications are invited on the prescribed form for the under mentioned teaching positions for Quaid-e-Awam University
of Engineering, Science & Technology, Nawabshah and Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science &
Technology, Campus, Larkano from the candidates who are domiciled in Sindh Province, so as to reach the office of
undersigned on or before 16.02.2021 during the office hours. Applications should include two latest photographs, bio-data,
attested Photostat copies of Certificates and names of two refrees. Application form(s) can be obtained from the office of
Deputy Registrar (Coord. & Meetings) QUEST, Nawabshah during the working hours on payment of Rs.3000/- through
Bank Challan/DD (nonrefundable) as processing fee. Application form(s) can also be downloaded from the University
website: www.quest.edu.pk which must be accompanied with C.V., Demand Draft of Rs.3000/- in favour of Director

Assistant Executive Engineer Qualification: BE (Civil) preferably in first class or equivalent qualifications
(BPS-17) (Project Post ON from a HEC recognized University.

RCC buildings and structures, roads, water supply and sanitary works preferably
in Project Directorate or Engineering Department of an autonomous

Assistant Registrar (BPS-17) Qualification: M.A/ M.Sc./ B.E. preferably in First Class or equivalent
for QUEST, Nawabshah qualifications from a HEC recognized University

Experience: 4 years teaching and/ or administrative experience.

Accountant (BPS-16) Qualification: M.Com / MBA preferably in First Class with 2 (two) years
(Project Post ON CONTRACT) for experience in related field.
Sindh College of Art and Design OR
Sukkur (SCAD) B.Com / MBA preferably in First Class, with 4 (four) years experience in related
field.

INSTRUCTIONS / FURTHER INFORMATION:

Note: Candidates who have already applied for the posts of Lecturers and Lab. Engineers in response to the
advertisement appeared in national newspapers and uploaded on the University website and had closing date
03.08.2018 and 26.08.2019 are not need to apply again.
 Candidates applying for the posts of Professors and Associate Professors need to submit four (04) sets of Photostat
copies of their Research Publications, binded separately.
 Candidates who are already serving in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies should apply through
proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer and such incumbents shall be responsible for getting
themselves relieved properly from their departments. An advance copy of the application(s) may be sent, so as to reach
this office within due date.
 Maximum age limit is 45 years for fresh entrants only. However, those candidates who are applying through proper
channel will be considered as per rules. However, there shall be no relaxation for qualification, publications and
experience.
 Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council as Professional Engineer is mandatory, where necessary.
 Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application form(s) along with separate bank draft/
challan with necessary documents for each post. Candidates must clearly mention on the application form for the
post and place i.e. Nawabshah or Campus Larkano separately.
 Incomplete applications i.e. without educational, professional, experience certificates, research publications and
processing fee etc. or applications received after the specified due date shall not be entertained.
 The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised post(s) partly or as a whole.
 Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
 Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the candidate.
 No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the written test/interview.
