Teacher Contract
THIS TEACHER CONTRACT (the "Contract"), is executed on the 13th day of August , , by and
between Phasellus in fel, a citizen of Nulla ut erat id mauris , with address at 0225 Glacier Hill
Ro Spring el Illinoi 62718, (hereafter referred to as “Teacher”), and Nulla ut er, a school
situated in 0225 Glacier Hill Spring el Illinoi 62718 an institution established in the state
of Phasell (hereinafter referred to as "School");
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Teacher accepts the offer of the School under the terms and conditions of the
Agreement herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the Teacher and the School
(together referred to as "Parties), agree as follows:
Employment
Teacher is employed full time beginning Monday, March 28, 1988. By which after the 1st three
months, Teacher will receive an evaluation of his/her status.
Responsibilities
The teacher shall dress accordingly in a respectable and professional manner at all times.
The teacher shall perform duties as the School may deem reasonable in maintaining the
standard of education by which the School requires. Teachers may devise methods that may
be deemed effective in teaching.
At all times, the Teacher shall work to the best of his/her abilities in teaching his/her students
e ciently and within the proper guidelines set forth by the School.
It shall be the responsibility of the Teacher to familiarize himself/herself with the School's
policies and maintain conduct and environment in his/her class that is conducive for learning,
including maintaining the behavior of his/her students during class hours.
It shall be the responsibility of the Teacher to report any incidents happening within the
School's premises to the school board and shall make the earnest effort for the improvement
of his/her students.
Teachers may receive assignments or instructions that shall be related to the School's
activities.
Schedule
The teacher will work no less than 8 hours per week or shall be dependent on the number of
hours as scheduled in the Teacher's weekly calendar.
Compensation
The teacher shall receive compensation amounting to $ 40,000.00, to be paid twice a month, in
equal installment portions within the year, subject to authorized deductions.
Performance Evaluation
Bene ts
The teacher shall be entitled to insurance bene ts provided by the School during his/her
employment.
Materials
The school shall be responsible for providing textbooks and other materials to the Teacher for
teaching his/her lessons. The School shall secure training and assistance that shall help for
the improvement of the Teacher. Books and other properties of the school, including
electronic gadgets shall remain as property of the School and shall be returned to the School
upon the termination of this Contract.
Proprietary Rights
The teacher understands that during his/her employment with the School, he/she will have
access to all information, including, but not limited to, proprietary and con dential information
of the School's academic and business activities. The teacher is therefore not allowed to
disclose any information he/she may acquire from the School to any other institution or
business. Varying upon the position that the Teacher may hold in School, he/she may or may
not hold any other position in another school that may be deemed to have a con ict of
interest. The teacher shall disclose any and all employment he/she may have during his/her
tenure with the School.
Non-Waiver
No waiver by any party of any breach shall be considered as having been made unless both
Parties agree to such a waiver in writing and signed by both Parties.
Separability Clause
Counterparts
This Contract may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed
original and all of which together shall constitute as one and the same.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the state, to the exclusion of other laws not
conforming to the laws of said state.
Termination
In any case that this Contract will terminate by the sole intention of the Teacher, the said
teacher shall render a 60-day notice prior to the termination of employment
1. The teacher has read and understood the contents of this Contract.
2. The teacher has provided accurate information about himself/herself to the best of
his/her knowledge, without the intent of committing fraud or malice or any form of
misrepresentation.
