Ever since this pandemic had started everything had changed, the way we do
our daily habits or if it’s still possible to do those during this time of pandemic, how we
interact or communicate with our friends and love ones was also changed. It is hard to
live normal and act normal in this time of pandemic we even think when this will end or
will this really end. It’s giving us a lot of stress already by just thinking how can I survive
and how can I do my daily tasks. Well, I have this very helpful three points for you on
how you can get through this pandemic.
First one, think positive because positive mind attracts positivity and good vibes
in life. Start your day from the time you open your eyes and think “ohh it’s another day
to have fun and enjoy with”, you know if you set positive things to your mind everything
follows so it’s probably you’ll end your day very nice. Stop stressing yourself
overthinking and saying “it’s end of the world, why would I still do things like this and
that”, well it’s obviously doesn’t help to your mental health even emotional health. You’ll
probably get mental health even emotional health breakdown from it.
Second one, Communicate and ask your love ones or friends how are they. This
is connected to the first one actually. You know communication is very essential and
powerful it might save one’s life and destroy one’s life. So how this communication
helps you to get through this pandemic. It’s simple, if you can’t go out with your friends
and you can’t hug them but you really missing them so bad well why don’t you chat
them, make the first move and asked how they are maybe they want someone to talk
too with. I know this sounds like not enough but at least it reduces your boredom and
stressful effect of this pandemic. Besides talking to your friends or love ones helps you
make your mental and emotional health improve and stable. It’s like you’re releasing the
stress and tension inside of your body. In short, it can be called as “the communication
of love”.
And finally the last one but most important in getting through this pandemic is
obedience, obedience to the rules, obedience to your parents, obedience to the
community’s policy. We all know that this kind of virus is transmissible through face to
face contact and sometimes the infected is asymptomatic which means he/she doesn’t
know that he/she already have the virus. So the government made rules for the safety
of everyone but those rules doesn’t save us itself. The real one who will save us is our
self also. The time you’re guaranteed that you’re safe is when you follow the basic rules
and those rules are, observe social distancing, stay home as possible, observe proper
hygiene, and most of all wear mask and face shields whenever you’re going out. If only
just every one of us abide the rules from the very start maybe we will not face this kind
of situation, many had died already, many frontliners, nurses and doctors already
sacrificed their life for who, for all of us, to save lives but what some of us did, some still
going out having fun like there’s no virus and even not following the rules. So in the end
the consequence is far greater than expected.
Moreover, I hope that you’ll remember and somehow apply those three points
I’ve said because it’s really a great help for you to get through this pandemic. For you to
easily remember those points just don’t forget this three terms, positivity, communicate,
obedience.
