GUIDANCE ANALYSIS
There is a great demand for determining the most efficient and effective counseling
and guidance procedure, and it is rather ironic that we in the profession have been
slower than the society to recognized the need for a science-based approach
showing accountability and responsibility for our practices. Guidance is an advice
or information aimed at resolving a problem or difficulty, especially as given by
someone in authority. This could also help us in career, academics,
communication, personal, social and emotional. The philosophy of the guidance is
for the students has the right to be respected, accept and given appropriate
assistance for his growth and development. This respect, accept and given
appropriate assistancewas already given by guidance and they also apply this
philosophy to other people who talk to them and even communicate to them. As
our classroom learning in guidance subject this following are the things that are
related to guidance and counseling:
