DEFINITION OF TERMS
Anorexia nervosa-an eating disorder characterized by weight loss or lack of appropriate weight gain.
Binge eating disorder (BED) –a severe, life threatening, and treatable eating disorder characterized by eating
large.
Brisk walking- is not strolling or even walking at a moderate pace.
Bulimia nervosa- a psychological eating disorder in which you have episodes of binge eating.
