Activity no 15

How to use Microsoft excel software.

1. Go to start menu
2. Open Microsoft excel
3. Enter data in different cells of excel sheet
4. Select the cell that will contain the formula
5. Type the equals sign (=)
6. Type the cell address of the cell you want to reference first in the formula
7. Type the mathematical operator you want to use
8. Type the cell address of the cell you want to reference second in the
formula, a red border will appear around the reference cell.
9. Press enter on your keyboard. The formula will be calculated, and the value
will be displayed in the cells.
To apply the sum formula in Microsoft excel 2010.
To apply the multiplication formula in Microsoft
excel 2010.
To apply the subtraction formula in Microsoft excel
2010.
To apply the discount formula in Microsoft excel
2010.
