Overall Score
If you scored:
24 to 12 ~ Very Resilient: You attend to all four key components of resilience and your behaviors help you to
sustain a high level of performance and engagement during challenging times. You have effective mechanisms
in place to optimize your physical well-being as well as your mood and your focus. You may find that others
look to you for support or for guidance in how to manage demand better.
11 to 1 ~ Average Level: You have more often than not a balanced approach to demand and are more resilient
than most. You may sometimes feel a bit overwhelmed and may need to pay closer attention to the lower
scoring components to ensure you are able to ‘show up’ in the manner you’d like to at work and at home.
0 to -11 ~ Significant Shortage: You may feel like you have just enough ‘fuel in the tank’ to get through the
day but not much more. It may help to pick a few areas to focus on to help foster your resilience more to bolster
your engagement and performance.
-
-12 to -24 ~ Daily Struggle: You are likely struggling and may feel overwhelmed by all that you have to juggle.
You are likely not taking good care of yourself as a result. It will be important to look to how you can draw a line
in the sand and create boundaries to improve your performance, health and satisfaction.
