engaged in the casting?
4 Is lighting arrangement proper?
C SURROUNDING AREA
1 Is approach to the Slab unobstructed and proper?
2 Is width of working platform properly maintained according
to usage?
3 Are opening in working platform kept safely covered/
fenced?
4 Is there provision of handrails?
5 Is there a provision of anchoring full body harness?
6 Are ladder providing access to the Slab securely fixed top
and bottom?
7 Are walkway/ aisles and workplaces cleared of loose
materials
8 Are route of the Concrete Pipe line clear, Is it supported at
enough places using proper stands, and Is it properly
clamped?
9 Is Walky-Talky available for the communication between
Pump Operator and person on the Slab?
10 Is ball catcher available to clear the blocked line?
11 Are safety nets provided wherever required?
