Instructions for Students

Students are required to write the following details on the first page of their answer scripts:
1) Date and Time of Examination (DD/MM/YYYY; HRS: MINS):
2) Examination Roll Number:
3) Year and Semester:
4) Unique Paper Code (UPC):
5) Title of the Paper & Code:
6) Email address of the Student:
7) Mobile number of the Student:
8) Mobile number of the Student

Students shall be required to submit an undertaking of not having used any unfair means in taking the
examination. Students should write the undertaking on the first page of their answer script as:
“It is submitted that I, ………………………………, have not used any unfair means in
taking this examination”.

 Each student must upload ONLY ONE PDF file (containing all the answers) per exam.

 Avoid scanning the answer sheets into jpg/tiff/png files and then converting them into pdf format (which increases
the file size)

 All answer sheets should be scanned properly and combined into a single PDF file and named in the following

For example, Vikram Verma with roll number 12345 is writing the classical mechanics paper (course code is PH-
CT401), then the file name should be
