6 All wheel nuts (at all wheels) are present and tight

9 No oil or waste leaks
VEHICLE INTERIOR AND EQUIPMENT
11 Seat belts, First aid kit and fire extinguishers available
FUNCTION CHECKS
13 Condition of horn and reverse beepers
14 Brakes (Hydraulic / air) / parking brakes
15 Adequate fuel

16 Valid heavy/Light vehicle license, registration and insurance copy
