INTRODUCTION:
In simple terms, a Digital Agency is an advertising agency that has evolved to meet the
changing needs of marketing in the digital age. A digital marketing company is different from
your traditional marketing agency in that they are typically focused on result based marketing in
the digital world measurable marketing.Digital Agencies bring graphic design and copywriting
together with new technology and modern marketing techniques.One of the most important is
how you will conduct your online marketing efforts.You can either handle the marketing in-house
or hire an agency to handle your marketing.For the web, you’ll need a digital marketing
agency with expertise in all things online from websites to social media and web advertising.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:


Digital Marketing Scope in Pakistan is in high demand in 2020 because Pakistan is enjoying
development and high-rise in this field.In Pakistan,several digital marketing firms have
created jobs for skilled marketers and freelancers.Over to 70% of Pakistani audience is
connected through a digital platform to surf through the internet and social media to connect
with family and friends.

OBJECTIVE:
The objective is to promote the business, brand, build customer loyalty, and increase sales
through digital marketing efforts. This is accomplished by using digital technologies that are
measurable, targeted, and interactive.Marketing team provide clear direction for team members
to follow, and offer information for executives to review and support.

BACKGROUND:
The term Digital Marketing was first used in the 1990s.The digital age took off with the coming
of the internet and the development of the Web 1.0 platform.The Web 1.0 platform allowed
users to find the information they wanted but did not allow them to share this information over
the web.Up until then, marketers worldwide were still unsure of the digital platform.They were
not sure if their strategies would work since the internet had not yet seen widespread
deployment.In 1993, the first clickable banner went live, after which HotWired purchased a few
banner ads for their advertising.This marked the beginning of the transition to the digital era of
marketing. Because of this gradual shift, the year 1994 saw new technologies enter the digital
marketplace.

LIMITATIONS:

Digital marketing totally depends on the internet.But, there are so many remote places where
the internet does not work.So,if you totally depend on digital marketing,then you will miss a
large number of customers.Even in the city area, the speed of internet is not very good.This is a
great limitation of digital marketing.

When any company offers exclusive offers, in certain cases it may appear to be scammers.This
is a part declines the picture and faithfulness of quality and sincere companies.

CONCLUSION:

 Digital marketing comes to take the leading position.Modern generation does not want to go to
any shop or shopping mall to buy anything.They want to buy everything online.So,the various
companies always try to stay connected with their consumers or customers via the internet.To
get the best of it,consumers and marketers must know the advantage and disadvantage of
digital marketing. If you do not know the benefits and harmful sides,then you won’t get the full
advantage of digital marketing.However,the conclusion of digital marketing is a useful term
because digital marketing requires nothing but certain skills to utilize the digital technology.
