I, Dhananjay Kumar from VLCC Jamshedpur writing this letter so as to respond to your
marketing plan for our company. We received the plan and were impressed with your
marketing design and proposal. Further, we would like to notify you that, we are giving you full
authorization to carry out your services and responsibility, as agreed upon both parties and as
written in your proposal. The VLCC Jamshedpur will be providing all the services as mentioned
in the proposal.
