Diagnostic Connector 4 Register and Download Software


Note: Remember to remove the

1. Locate vehicle’s DLC socket: It provides standard 16 pins and is generally located on
driver’s side, about 12 inch away from the center of dashboard. See Figure DLC

1. Insert the included USB cable into the charger. Plug the adaptor into AC outlet.
2. Connect the other end of USB cable to X-431 V/X-431 V+.
3. Once the battery is fully charged, disconnect the power adaptor from the AC
outlet.

In Figure E, tap to start downloading.
During downloading, please make sure that the Wi-Fi has a stable and strong
signals.
Note: By default, all vehicle software are selected. To deselect certain software, just
uncheck the box next to the software version.
Once downloading finished, the software packages will be installed
automatically.
Note: All software are updated from time to time. To enjoy more better service and
functions, you are strongly suggested to keep synchronized with the latest version.
