Welcome to your FIGHT against Sugar Addiction with Amy Smith. This 7-Day Meal Plan
(which can be done back to back) is designed to help you stop your addiction to sugar. We
have included a berry salad near the onset to help satisfy some natural sugar to help alleviate
initial ‘detox’ symptoms.
Bone broth, is pivotal in this Sugar Detox Meal Plan and is not optional. PLEASE ensure
that you are consuming bone broth without sugar, and ingredients MUST read Broth NOT

Throughout the 7 Days, the menu calls for 3 1/2 cups of Bone Broth. So please keep this in
