SPECIFICATIONS

SECTION I. GENERAL PROVISIONS:

SCOPE OF WORK. The work included under thus specifications comprises the furnishing of all the materials,
tools, labor and equipment, and performing all necessary operations to complete the proposed construction of the proposed:
RESIDENTIAL BUILDING.

WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS. Defective materials or materials with signs that will impair the strength and
appearance of the applied part shall not be used in any portion of the project. The owner and the civil engineer/architect shall approve
all materials.

All works shall be accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications of the standard of that particular work. Workmanship
shall be of the best possible quality that can be attained.

SAFETY AND SANITATION. All works shall be done in such manner that safety measures shall be maintained at all times
for the protection of the workers and other persons within the jobsite. All construction wastes and personal wastes of the workers must
be disposed off regularly in the most safe and sanitary means.

SECTION II. EXCAVATION AND FILINGS:

EXCAVATIONS.
No footing shall rest on fill. Where excavations done in accordance with the drawing reveal that the safe bearing capacity is
not reached, it shall be carried deeper until such required bearing capacity is attained. Whenever water is encountered, it shall be
removed provided that surrounding earth will not disturb.

FILLINGS. All back fillings and fillings shall be replaced in layers not exceeding 15cm. in thickness each layer being
compacted thoroughly by tamping before the next is spread.

SECTION III. CONCRETE AND MASONRY:

MATERIALS. Cement to be used shall be any Portland cement that conforms to the ASTM Standard specification and
test for Port cement. Aggregates shall be durable, clean, strong and uncoated, free from deleterious substances. Coarse aggregates shall
not exceed 1” and fine aggregates shall be river sand. Water to be used for mixing concrete shall be free from all oil, acid and should be
clean and clear. Reinforcing bars shall be deformed and conforms to ASTM.

CONCRETE PROPORTIONS. The following concrete proportions for the various parts of the works:

REINFORCED CONCRETE

Filler and Blocklaying:

Plastering:

Class A 1 2

SECTION IV. CARPENTRY AND WOOD WORKING:

Door jamb and window jamb must be analok framing with any competitive brand approved by the Achitect/Engineer.
Door entrance must be analok framing sliding door and panel type doors on bedrooms and must follow the minimum and
maximum standard of height and sizes.

Ceiling frames must be of Metal studs, screwed with 3/16 hardiflex board.

Windows must be of analok frame (glass sliding window).

Kitchen cabinets must be of ¾ plyboard with wood (lattice) casings.

SECTION V. ROOF AND TRUSS FRAMING:

Roof must be all steel trusses. Roofing sheets must be gauge 26 color roofing sheets and accessories.

SECTION VI. PLUMBING AND SANITARY WORKS:

All piping for water supply must be Verdi/PVC blue pipes or of approved brand by Master Plumber, all pipe fittings must be
secured with good fitting joints. Sanitary pipes must be of Atlanta series 1000 standard size equivalent to desired total fixture units.
Plumbing fixtures must be properly vented so that back siphon age must be prevented and to avoid the foul order to come out. In water
supply, the pipe must be equipped with air chamber, 30 cm to 90 cm respectively to avoid water hammering. Clean out must properly
placed of standard distance to accommodate good maintenance of cleaning. Venting must project from the roof in a minimum
height of 1 foot covered with screen to protect from foreign bodies to pass though it.

SECTION VII. ELECTRICAL WORKS:

Electrical works must follow standard rules and regulation set by the electrical code of the Philippines.

SECTION VIII. PAINTING WORKS:

Building walls and other surfaces must have its corresponding ratio and proportions of paint mixing and it must fit the type
of wall to be painted.
These must to be followed:
Exterior Painting – Gloss latex (NEVADA)
Interior Painting – Gloss latex, Enamel, Lacquer (NEVADA)

SECTION IX. SITE CLEANING:

All areas of the building must be properly cleaned and be orderly turn over to the owner.
