Greetings!

I write to you in behalf of President Dexter Laceda and his co-officers of San
Rafael Classic Homeowners Association with regard to your invitation for a
meeting on Friday, 18 December 2020.

We regret to inform you that President Dexter Laceda and his co-officers will not
be attending the said meeting due to pending litigation that may bring conflict of
interest among the parties.
