HEALTH & SAFETY

SERVICES
The purpose of health and safety is to protect your workers, sub-
contractors, customers and members of the public when they are
involved with your business. You have a duty of care under the
Occupational Health and Safety Act No 85 of 1993 and Regulations, but
more than that, it’s good business practice to adhere to health and
safety laws. Businesses that are noncompliant stand the risk of losing
staff, incurring higher recruitment costs, and lower profitability.
