Battery Voltage Sensor BVS 1930
Battery Voltage Sensor BVS 1930
Description:
The BVS 1930 Battery Voltage Sensor is specifically designed to monitor any
battery system from 10 VDC to 40 VDC. An output relay with form-C contact is
provided for connection to external circuitry. An LED is visible at the top of the
sensor's case to provide instant recognition of status. The relay and LED both
energize at the setpoint on increasing voltage. The delay on dropout is ideally
suited to override engine cranking voltage dips on starter batteries.
Features:
Adjustable Pickup 10-40 VDC
Solid state sensing circuitry
Ultra stable, temperature compensated
L.E.D. indicator
Plug in package (8 pin octal)
High resolution 10 turn adjustment pot
Two amp form C output contact (CSA)
Proportional time delay on dropout
Quality Assurance System ISO

THREE VOLT LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE FLASHER (9)
Products (undervol) This circuit is designed to monitor two alkaline cells
(3v) that form the battery often used in portable electronic
equipment. It use an inexpensive IC from Panasonic that is
Sitemap connected to an efficient LED flashing circuit. When the
battery voltage drops below a certain point the circuit flashes
the LED. In the off state the circuit draws only 1uA, while in
Online the active flashing state it draws 20uA. Published in EDN, Jan
