Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have recently graduated from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. I wish to apply for
the position of an Attorney Associate at Integreon Managed Solutions, Inc. for the year 2020.

My experience in Civil litigation comes from having interned under Dr. Vikrant Vasudeva
(AoR) wherein my nature of responsibilities involved drafting written submissions in writ
petitions presented before the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court. Furthermore, at Parekh
& Co., I drafted legal notices, affidavits, contracts and other miscellaneous applications, filed
before the original as well as the appellate side of the Delhi High Court. On the transactional and
commercial side, I have been involved in IBC and competition law litigation on account of my
internships at Chandhiok & Mahajan and K.K. Sharma Law offices respectively. At the
Bombay bar, I have interned at Kanga & Co. wherein I worked in securities litigation and
compliance.

I have also been an integral part of the NALSAR Prison Legal Aid Clinic wherein I provided
legal assistance to the inmates lodged at central prisons in Hyderabad.

I humbly believe that my interest and experience in Compliance Regulations, civil and
commercial litigation at Delhi bar equips me with the requisite skill to work at your corporation.
