Project  Implementation  Plan
includes:
The  following  methods  are  used  to  answer  above  question:
1.  Gantt  Chart
2.  Critical  Path  Method  (CPM)  or  Network  Analysis
3.  Project  Evaluation  and  Review  Techniques  (PERT)
4.  Simple  formats

Quality  Management
Processes  that  includes  all  activities  of  performing  project  that:
-‐  Determines  quality  policies,  objectives  and  responsibilities
Therefore  project  will  satisfy  the  needs  for  which  it  was  started
Three  Quality  management  processes:
1)  Quality  Planning:    Identifying  which  quality  standards  are
relevant  to  the  project  and  determining  how  to  satisfy  them
2)  Perform  Quality  Assurance:  application  of  planned,  systematic,
quality  activities  to  ensure  that  the  project  will  employ  all
processes  needed  to  meet  requirements
3)  Perform  Quality  Control:    Involves  monitoring  speciKic  project
results  to  determine  whether  they  comply  with  relevant  quality
standards  and  identifying  ways  to  eliminate  causes  of
unsatisfying  results
Task  Supervision
Task  supervision  is  a  teaching  learning  process  which  provides:
-‐  constant  observation,  monitoring,  evaluation,  guidance  to  workers
To  enable  them  to  perform  their  activities  effectively  and  efKiciently
maintaining  required  standards

Techniques  of  Supervision:
1)  Observation  E.g.  Field  visit
2)  Interview  and  questioning
3)  Individual  and  group  conferences
4)  Performance  evaluation-‐  self,  peer,  supervisor,  and  general
public  evaluation
5)  Verbal  and  written  reports
Instrument  Adjustments
Process  of  bringing  various  parts  of  an  instrument  into  proper
relationship  with  one  another
To  be  qualiKied  surveyor,  you  must  have  knowledge  for  proper
adjustment:
1)  Be  familiar  with  principle  upon  which  adjustments  are  based
2)  Know  methods  or  tests  used  to  determine  if  an  instrument  is  out
of  adjustment
3)  Know  procedure  and  sequence  for  making  adjustments
4)  Be  able  to  tell  what  effect  an  adjustment  of  one  element  will
have  on  other  part
5)  Understand  effect  of  each  adjustment  when  it  is  actually  used
for  measurement
Output  Management
Processes  that  includes  all  activities  of  performing  project  that:
 -‐  Delivering  the  Kinal  outcome
Organizing,  managing  different  task  to  deliver  expected  result
